To get English text first go to ( many other languages available as well):

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autocad-2014-language-packs.html

Install then grab the en-us folder and add it to the .iso file using WinIso and save locally, then mount and install.

On the title it says that is x86 but the downloaded file seams to be x64.
I also could not open the file.
I don't recommend download it.
