next patch is :

Patch 1.21 RC3 - 2013-12-18

• Added new Refuel order.
• Fixed more causes of crashes.
• Fixed another case where the player could be teleported into the middle of nowhere.
• Fixed problem with NPCs being assigned to multiple locations.
• Fixed scan overlay not being removed when docking.
• Fixed capital ships standing still forever with the boost effect running.

This is what never will be fixed:
* ability to fly several different spacecraft, each filling out its own role
* gravitar (the map in the HUD)
* feeling you are in space, where you can move at all directions, instead of feeling like you are in a zone connected to other zones through tubes
* AI that doesn't hug and kiss space stations, even if you shoot your lasers at it from 100 meters
* useless vents with valuable stuff making up half the fun of any landing pad - they are that boring!
