Should you play this AFTER completing the main campaign or start a new game with this installed? My goal with games usually is completing all quests, not playing sandbox so I think I'll pass this one.

Dunge I think that you can choose between story and sandbox in this version, but I'm not sure. Too lazy to check it now. Actually, Includes the follwing:

So yeah both standard game and expansion combined.

Its an added on story that takes place after the incidents on the first game..you can play it without completing the original tasks but might have some plot holes...thats it...its a cure for ppl who are only playing it sandbox mode cause they want more exciting stuff to do..
