WARNING: the installer and the default language of Chrome is Russian. Typing chrome://settings/languages into the URL bar/omnibox will take you to the menus where you can change it.
Other than that, it works perfectly well as an alternative to Chrome 2 that doesn't crash on Windows 8.1. Just be sure not to let it automatically update.
Of course, you need to uninstall Chrome from your system before installing this version. All your bookmarks and shit should be transferred automatically./
