.m4v? what?
Read and learn-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M4V
It probably just means the source of the file is an i-tunes download.
Edit=^^That's exactly what it means.
Who ripped this, is a total idiot and knows nothing about videos at all.
I havent tried it yet, but Im pretty sure you can go into the domain and edit the M4V to MP4 without need to convert the file.

I'll let you know shortly after I finish downloading.. I just hope this IS season 3, unlike the other one
Yep.. totally worked..
It is a new episode and you can change M4V to MP4

I'm using Media Player Classic - Home Cinema
Thanks for the wiki link, nerd. I know what the file is. It's just not a common format for someone to upload. I've already converted it to .mkv, so I'm golden.
By domain I meant file extension, sorry.

It's easy. You just need to make sure you uncheck the "Hide extensions for known file types" in the Folder Options Menu.

http://www.mediacollege.com/microsoft/windows/images/file-extension-02.gif

and once thats all set you just rename the file and then highlight the extension (M4V) and just type in MP4. I'm not sure but I think typing MKV will work too.

Once you press enter it will as you if you are sure, just press OK and you're set.

if you're scared you might ruin the file.. make a copy of the file in the same folder and try it to the copy.
it's the real one, thanks!
