How do I open this file? Tried to use MediaInfo to find the codec but it didn't work. Is it a dvd image?

This is an mp4 file... just launch it with your regular video player (like VLC).

I tried renaming this file but it does not open in VLC. Even GSpot does not give me any info regarding this file.
