Just write a new post and either entire post or it's nicely formatted announcement with backlink will be published to all your configured social networks. INSTALLING:
1. Download the plugin file to your computer
2. Using an FTP program, or your hosting control panel, upload the plugin 
3. folder to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory.
4. Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu within the WordPress admin
