Some are getting the problem that it's saying "Available memory less than 15mb" 
and won't start up, if it does that then you'll have to unrar the hw.dll file and: 

right click counterstrike 1.6 > show pkg contents > contents > resources > transgaming > c_drive > prog files > CS, then replace hw.dll with the file you DLed.
