Run cmd.exe as administrator then cd to your eac3to directory and type, regsvr32 ASAudioHD.ax Alternatively, simply type, regsvr32 "drive_here:path_to_eac3to_hereASAudioHD.ax" You should get a successfull confirmation pop-up from Windows 3. Type, eac3to -test Alternatively, simply type, "drive_here:path_to_eac3to_hereeac3to.exe" -test Arcsoft decoder should show as being available to eac3to 4. Right click and edit included batch files. Simply fill in pathing/file naming/bitrate info
